Hi there, ice cream enthusiasts! I’m Hannah, and let me take you on a journey through the pages of my life and the creation of Sundae Drift.

Growing up in the town of Kincardine, my days were spent either beach side, piping in the Kincardine Scottish band, on the ice playing hockey, and working at my grandma’s Ice Cream Parlour downtown.

Fast forward a decade, and now, for the past ten years, I’ve been the proud owner of the same beloved ice cream haven, now known as The Ice Cream Shack. It’s not just a business for me; it’s a passion, a connection to the community, a family legacy, and a place where summer memories are created one scoop at a time.

Enter Sundae Drift- my pipe dream, a vision to expand the sweet haven I’ve cherished for many decades. The goal? To not only satisfy your taste buds with amazing sundaes, but also to give back to the community that has supported me over the years.

As a full-time teacher in Kincardine, juggling a bustling family life with three young boys, the dream of Sundae Drift is not just about ice cream. It’s about pushing limits, creating opportunities for the youth in our community, being a hub of creativity, and supporting other local businesses in this flavourful endeavour.
